Silke Horák is co-founder of Tilia Impact Ventures in the Czech Republic.
Silke is also a private investor and co-owner of Albatros Media. In the past, she was holding positions in private equity funds and heading the Czech Private Equity and Venture Capital Association. She founded the Albatros foundation and co-founded the Foundation for support of independent journalism. Silke has ten years of experience in the social enterprise sector.
